Ayres Construction Company planners helped develop 18 residential, single family homes in Riverside, California's up-and-coming "Lincoln Walk" neighborhood.

Throughout the project, the Ayres Construction Company team successfully navigated local jurisdictional and permitting issues, converting a site that had once been considered unbuildable into a beautiful new community.

The team completed the development in phases, carefully timing openings to coincide with owner completion deadlines, ultimately completing the project on time and within budget.

Each of the single-story 4BR/3BA homes include a spacious living room, expansive kitchen area and a comfortable master bedroom with walk-in shower. Pool-sized backyards were complimented with carefully-chosen landscape options to allow residents to enjoy the sunny indoor/outdoor lifestyle in their own California bungalow.
